Our permit was first obtained from the Texas Department of Health in 1980, and we have gone through three major amendments with the Texas Water Commission and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Now Cold Springs Processing is a dba of Cow town Processing and Disposal. President of the company is Gary Beavers and plant manager is Chad Beavers
